Nose:
Clean, Papaya, banana skin and a touch of gentle rose petal, underpinned by an earthy savouriness with notes of hay, pencil-shavings, frankincense, flint, woodsmoke and top notes of aniseed.
Palate:
Bright and steely top notes with a peppery smokiness leading to umami, soy, liquorice and aniseed underpinned by a gentler sweetness of rose, just-ripe pineapple, papaya and gentle acidity.
Finish:
Extremely long and warming length which displays the pineapple notes through to the end.
